This is used in a number
of the fancy salads that we serve at the Twelfthnight
Gala. It holds together and unmolds easily.
Some delicate, clear Aspic
of a kind that complements the salad in which this is to be used.
Three times that quantity of good quality mayonnaise
About 5 minutes
Combine one part of the Aspic
with three parts of the Mayonnaise.
Gently whisk it together and chill until used.
