Kevinís Mediterranean Olives

Kevin brings a jar of these about once a year Ė that isnít nearly often enough!


  • 15 oz pitted green olives

  • ľ cup chopped fresh oregano

  • 6 cloves garlic, slivered

  • 1 lemon, coarsely chopped

  • Ĺ cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper



  • A mixing bowl and wooden spoon.

  • A jar to store them in.

To prepare:

  1. Drain the olives and rinse if they are briny.

  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.






Serving Suggestions
